Most people have now at least heard the terms Vegan, Plant Based, Whole Food Plant Based and Raw Diet but few really know what each lifestyle is all about. While similar, there are key differences and these will impact the specific lifestyle change you make for your health and wellbeing.
The single most popular question I see in forums and support groups (aside from "Where do you get your protein?") is; Can I eat_____? Even after reading all of the books, watching all of the health documentaries and joining every help group on the Internet, people are still very confused about what they can eat in order to be "compliant" to a certain lifestyle or new way of eating.
Chances are, if you are looking to lose weight, reverse a chronic condition or just be mindful of what you put into your body, you will have some questions along the way. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all program for everyone, my programs are tailored to each individual based on their specific health goals. Clients need to gain knowledge, skills, tools and confidence in order to be active participants in reaching their own personal goals and this is where I can help as your coach.
Together, we will do a current nutritional analysis, look at lifestyle behaviors and old triggers, set up an ongoing support system and make a comprehensive plan for a long term lifestyle change for optimal health, wellness and disease prevention.
My passion is coaching people to better health and wellness in a safe and natural way.
My approach to coaching is holistic and all-encompassing. Meaning, we will get close if we work together! I believe in treating the whole client and not just their symptoms. I get to know each client as best as they will let me and this allows me to tailor a plan for each individuals goals. There is no cookie cutter approach to coaching. We work together. I am not set up to just tell you what to do like a sports coach, rather, I pass along helpful information to you, we come up with a plan together based on your goals and then I help guide and support you as you work to reach those goals. Empowering you to make good choices and walking you through all of the steps will allow you to take control of your health and wellbeing in a much quicker time than if I just had you follow a pre-determined plan.

tI have made the decision to switch my coaching practice to a free or donation based platform in order to help the most people. I have been given this gift of understanding the key components to reverse poor health and maintain wellness and I want to pay it forward. I believe in the Each One Teach One model. As I continue to work on different personal goals within this realm, I will guide and provide the same services at no charge. Need help in the kitchen? Cooking and prepping is an essential part of a whole food plant based diet since you will be cutting out processed foods. I can help show you how to cook or bake something specific for a dinner party or potluck or, we can just pick something you'd like to eat and do it together.
